CAPITAL REPAIR OF A PIPELINE OVER THE BUILDING IN BILA TSERKVA CITY

Major overhaul of the overpass through the railway on the street Svvirskoye highway in Bila Tserkva city of the Kiev region.

Specifications:

  • the length of the overpass is 40.50 m;
  • circuit overpass - monolithic frame-console, 7.7 m (console) + 25.1 m (run) + 7.7 m (console);
  • the dimension of the journey G - 6,5 + 2 x 0,75;
  • estimated temporary load of H-10, NG-60.
  • The following works are foreseen:

  • dismantling of the structures of the fence and sidewalk (performed from the roadway of the overpass), sidewalk console of the monolithic slab of the runway structure, road pavement from the pavement;
  • installation of a monolithic slab of the carriageway and sidewalk (made of suspended scaffolding), installation of a fence and shields of the fence PL;
  • installation of waterproofing of a monolithic slab and asphaltic concrete road clothes;
  • arrangement of barrier fences for the fence part, fences and panels of special fence of air communications on pavements;
  • disassembly of weak and cracked concrete of the runway structure and supports;
  • restoration of geometrical characteristics of the elements of run-up structures and supports by repair warehouses (re-profiling of surfaces);
  • painting of surfaces of run-down structures and supports with preliminary sand-blasting preparation;
  • elimination of trackside, inflows, cracks in asphalt pavement approaches by arranging new asphalt concrete road-way approaches;
  • arrangement of a new security structure of normative design and height;
  • clearing of slopes of cones from existing shrubs and trees;
  • removal of the destruction of the strengthening of slopes of cones, arrangement of reinforcement of slopes of cones from gabion mattresses;
  • marking the travel section of the overpass and approaches after the construction of a new asphalt concrete coatings approach;
  • • other finishing work.
